changing default traffic from Wan1 to wan2

Hi there, I have 2 dsl lines hooked up to my Fortigate 60B. Wan1 is acting as the default gateway. I am getting rid of the dsl line on Wan1 and would like to switch the default gateway to wan2. I followed the tech' s support by giving a higher cost for routing to wan1 in order to make the route fail which it did. However, wan 2 won' t take over as the default gateway and allow web traffic to flow. J

Disable wan1. Also if distances are equal, set a lower priority (CLI only) to wan2. Good luck

if metrics are equal you can force trafic to desired interface with policy route. Also if you have a less metric on interface that you desire to use that should be prefered. execute router restart if the FGT is not ackting properly.
