central vpn console : External Gateway for a HUB

Hello,

I have to set up a vpn star with the central vpn console. At this moment the HUB of this Star VPN is an external gateway and there is something and i don't understand.

When i add an external gateway, the HUB, to this VPN i have some options who seem similars: ( in copy i join an image)

Gateway IP

HUB IP

Local Gateway

What is the difference between them?

I try to add this External gateway but i have always an error and i don't know what to put int these options above...
