captive portal not loading

Running FortiNAC V7.4 -  I have configured the following layer 3 captive portals on the ETH1 interface of the NAC VM. 

Isolation

Registration

Dead End

Authentication 

I would like endpoints initially to redirect to the registration captive portal as their initial landing page. 

I'm not quite sure what I'm missing but we do not get redirected to the captive portal and when I put the captive portal IP address a browser nothing comes up , This is a new setup so maybe I missed something . Also , is there somewhere in FortiNAC GUI where we can preview what the captive portal page looks like?

The isolation port when the portal service will listen is "port2". Make sure to allow the services from CLI:

config system interface
edit port2
set ip 10.99.99.11/24
set allowaccess dhcp dns http https

The isolation networks should be configured in ConfigWizard and the appropriate network changes need to be done in the network (DHCP relay to FNAC isolation interface). You can find some details here.
