College has to work from home, so I set up her PC to be able to do so.
I set up Forti Client connection. IP sec security, pre-shared key.
Tested it by completely disconnecting her notebook, connecting her to the internet over her phone and the VPN connection was established. She could connect and browse the company network as normal.
When she actually tried connecting from home, she gets wrong credentials messages.
I remote connected to her laptop and she can ping our vpn gateway. But weather it's her local Wi-Fi OR her phone, she cannot connect to the VPN anymore. Her credentials are valid.
Could it be some issue with our AD or her router???

Hi ElPresidente,
For your case, you can run debug for IPsec and authentication to see the running process when the user connects to the VPN.
