can you setup multiple VPN client profile types access on the same wan interface

there is a Forti client profile already set, the issue being there is a client with a win 11 surface pro arm64 snapdragon and the forti client will not install 
so looking to setup a second dial in vpn for native windows VPN client

I am still confused by the term "FortiClient profile".  Where did you configure it?  Can you show us some screenshots of it?
