blank screen on hp620 t3000 2GB RAM Win10 x64

After downloading from the installation page and running FortiClient VPN, I see a blank window.
HP 620 computer with T3000 processor, 2GB RAM, 320 GB disk and Windows 10 64 bits. What can i do to this application start working?

Like, the FortiClient window itself is blank when you try and run it? Does the same thing happen if you boot into Safe Mode, then try and run FortiClient? Perhaps you should check OS integrity by running 'sfc /scannow' in CMD.
