benefits version 5.2 ssl inspection above version 5.0

Hello,

I am implementing a Fortigate VM solution for an end customer with version 5.0.9

They need SSL deep inspection and I was wondering if FortiOS 5.2.1 gives benefits above using the 5.0.9 version?

And what we actually need is that traffic needs to leave the firewall unencrypted to the underlying web servers. Can that be achieved?
