av engine version is 00000

Dears, I have firtiwifi 50e, and subscribition till 2019. However av engine seems currpted and not getting updated. I dowloaded the package and tried to update it manually but getting failure. Could you please help on how to fix this issue. I can ping update.fortiguard.net Best Regards,

hi,

 

it seems like noone else has seen that error before, the E series is quite new.

Please open a support call ticket with FTNT and report back what they find.
