automated backup to the cloud failing

I set up an automated backup job as follows:

config system auto-script
    edit "backup"
        set interval 604800
        set repeat 0
        set start auto
        set script "execute backup config management-station Weekly-Cloud-Backup"
    next
end

When I run this script, it fails with:
