[ask]SSLVPN failed ping to dns & access domain website

Hello everyone,

I have problem with my sslvpn.

i'm already connected, when i tried to access domain website i'm not able to access it. but if i tried to access with ip website i can get the website. then i tried to ping our dns is failed, i check tracert the result is completed. after that i try ping success.

if i try tracert first i can ping my dns. but still failed to access domain.

can you suggest me , what is problem ?

my policy already to oustide(internet) but still can't acces internet browsing.
