Hello Guys, I upgraded EMS version 7.2.4 to 7.2.5, the installation finished correctly, when I go to run the console it does not work and gives the following error:
Failed to load URL https://localhost/with error ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (-102)
apache service does not start

Hello
Try restart Apache like explained in the tech tip:
I have the same issue. I am unable to start Apache Service even after running command 'net stop http'
Then you may need to check in the Apache log files. Or you can still open a ticket.
Certificate and private key localhost:443:0 from C:/Program Files (x86)/Fortinet/FortiClientEMS/Apache24/conf/ssl.crt/FCTEMS1005092.1.cert and C:/Program Files (x86)/Fortinet/FortiClientEMS/Apache24/conf/ssl.key/FCTEMS1005092.1.cert.key do not match
AH00016: Configuration Failed
Good catch! I think this is sufficient cause to prevent Apache from starting.
However I can't find in the documentation how to change the certificate from other than the EMS GUI (which now is not working for you).
Hope some experienced member can help with this.
The solution was given to me by fortinet, because it is a bug in version 7.2.5, they made me run a script to regenerate the certificate.

We can also have the script in the question too.
hello do you have the script to modify this certificate ?
Having the same issue and cert errors in Apache logs. Any chance of sharing that script?
