Goodmorning,
I'v got a issue regarding my fortimail.
I wish to exclude a support@mydomain.com address from my fortimail. block / safe list doesn't do the trick as far as I know.
what I wish to accomplisch :
sender : any domain
receiver : support@mydomain.com
no spam / block check.
What happens now is that some emails towards the support mail get blocked. with an SLA of 4 hours this is unwanted.
in short, any mail send from anywhere needs to land in the inbox of support@mydmain.com without fortimail interfering.
I'v searched on the web but couldn't find anything. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Create a new recipient policy and don't apply AS/AV/Content profiles to it...
Policy --> policies --> Recipient policy
New --> Sender *@*, recipient support@mydomain.com
Move the new policy above the catch-all: Select domain in the drop down... select new policy and move up.

Correct, just remember that if you do that you have no AS profile means no Anti-Spam.
