i have tried multiple time to fill that form but it keeps on saying please try again ERROR: Something went wrong!

website name virus total is displaying that our website is malicious and this data has been provided by fortinet to that company its clearly showing on their website

Issue is resolved now, site is listed in category "shopping". VirusTotal scan reports 0 sites report as malicious.
