Youtube sessions
Good afternoon, I have a question regarding user session logs. I have a group that has YouTube blocked but in the logs I see YouTube sessions that are blocked and sessions that are not and they download (??) 400 MG, can you explain to me what is happening? I am doing something wrong?
I have Fortigate 60F v7.0.13 build0566 (Mature).
Thank you so much

Are you doing deep inspection? Are you blocking using an ISDB or Application Control? Both?

I had the same issue and noticed it helped to check how YouTube traffic was being handled in the policy—whether by application control or just regular service ports. You might also want to double-check session counts using the session list in the CLI. If you need more tips on how to track specific traffic or set up filters, you should visit our homepage.
