I'm using FortiClient EMS 7.0.7, to day i'm login and see there is no Global site at the top right conner.
i Try to connect with URL = Global it's responded "Your account has been disabled due to inactivity for this site. Please contact an EMS admin for assistance"
So i'm also login with administrator but not work.
Anyone got this problem?
Nominating a forum post submits a request to create a new Knowledge Article based on the forum post topic. Please ensure your nomination includes a solution within the reply.
The admin user can't be disabled for inactivity. You need to login as admin and enable the disabled account.

You can then change the inactivity period (if needed) in menu User Settings > Allowed inactive days.
Select Forum Responses to become Knowledge Articles!
Select the “Nominate to Knowledge Base” button to recommend a forum post to become a knowledge article.
