Windows IPSEC VPN Issues

I have a couple of Surface Pro 9 laptops, ARM chip.

It seems Fortigate do not have a Forticlient for that chipset so I am left with Windows native VPN.

Currently alternating between "The L2TP connection attempte failed because security policy for the connection was not found" and "The L2TP connection attempte failed because security layer encountered a processing error".

I've followed posts, checked settings and so on.

Suggestions?

Is anyone else on the ARM chipset and using an alternate solution to connect clients?
