We are using Fortitoken mobile for 2FA. I started assigning the tokens to the users. They were able to add them to their smartphones. On Windows 7, they open Forticlient to VPN, and enter their username and password, it does not ask for the token. When I enter my username/password, it says does not ask for the token and shows "wrong credentials" .
On my windows 10 computer, when I connect to VPN, it it asks for my token.
Any ideas?

I discovered that it may not be a forticlient issue. it happened on a WIndows 10 computer too. :( I think it has to do with the fortitokens not configured correctly. any thoughts on setup? Otherwise I will post in the FOrtitoken sub-forum.
Hi
Was there any update on this. I have logged a ticket. I am finding on a clients Windows 10 machine the token box does not appear and the Forticlient IPsec VPN fails to connect, however does work over SSL web login and the Forticlient works if removing the token. Very odd. I am on 5.0.8.
