Win-7 SSL-VPN issue

hello,

we recently moved from Sophos to Fortigate, now we are facing issue with ssl vpn for Windows 7 users, they unable to establish the connection, but the windows 10 or above the vpn is working fine, we also tried to install different version but no luck, we tried from version 5 to version 7, still the same below attached error.

any help would be appreciated/

thanks for your reply, the issue has been resolved by downgrade to Fortigate version. 7.2.5.
