I am deploying FortiAP here and am using WPA2 Enterprise reading my AD users. But when connecting the WiFi network it shows that attachment error. The version of the FortiGate is: v5.2.3, build670 (GA) The version of FortiAP is: v5.2-build0234 I remember that in version 5.0 it worked without asking certificate or anything like that. Someone have an idea how to solve this?

Having the same issue. Did you ever figure this out?
You probable need a valid Cert and trust, or tell the client to not validate the server certificate.

Point directly to a Radius server in the SSID setup instead of a group that then points to Radius... this way the certificate will come directly from the Radius server not the Fortigate.
Which certificate is presented from the Fortigate in this scenario?
I've been unable to match the thumbprint so far.
I have the same issue, however my RADIUS wouldn't work without "group that then points to Radius" as the solution proposed by Fortinet. Catch 22 situation....
