White blank when open forticlient 7.0.7 in mac m1 chip

Hi, 

Everytime when I open the forticlient 7.0.7, it was a white blank page. I have tried to reinstall, reboot. But none of them work. The weird thing is my colleague has the same mac with me, but she works after reinstall.

Since it's a m1 chip, I tried to install ForticlientVPN, which seems a mobile/ipad version. The connection is created, but the vpn does not work, I cannot access to company's internal web.

Anyone can help me here?

-Activating system extensions

Thanks for you replying. The screen is still blank after I tried to follow the instruction of the link:

1. I did not find the 

• fmon2
• fcaptmo
  And add all the possible services I found

2. This is what I got from the command "systemextensionsctl list"

And I upgraded my mac to Ventura, I do not think that might be the reason since I got the same problem before I upgraded.
