Which disclaimer page does a SSID actually use?

Hi guys,

I ran into something a little strange today that I was hoping someone could confirm for me.

I've configured a SSID with a disclaimer page captive portal. When editing the captive portal from the SSID/interface page I can see it's the 'Captive Portal Disclaimer Page' portal (number 1 in the picture). It's the one that has 'SSID "Fortinet" Terms and Disclaimer Agreement' as the default.

I customised this captive portal and saved, but when I test it out, the changes never took place. It was only after I looked at the captive portal being presented in more detail that I realised it's using the 'Disclaimer Page' instead (number 2).

I customised the 'Disclaimer Page' and when I connect to the SSID I'm being presented with this newly edited page.

Does this sound right to you?

It just seems odd that when I configure the portal from the SSID/interface it shows me the 'Captive Portal Disclaimer Page', but this is not the actual page that is being used.

Just to add a little more to this; the attached picture shows where I edit the captive portal, and the ones that show up.
