Last Monday and this Monday, when we got office to start work, we found the fortigate 300e ssl vpn web portal stop responding. but other function runs well. i guess the problem is that i added a RDP predefined bookmarks 2 weeks ago. but the rdp is a essential item for hundred people. now the only solution from me is power reboot the device. Is there a command to only restart the ssl vpn web portal? or Could anyone help me to solve the problem? Thanks,Adsnow

till now, 3 weeks, we found it works better.
maybe the session is too long, we changed the RDP idle account log off time from 2 hours to half hour, log off the disconnect account from 1 hour to half hour.
hope the problem can be solved. if you have the same case, hope this can help you a little.
