First, thanks for all the help recently on my posts. I'm trying :).
My fiber installer recommended the FG-TRAN-SX-CA module for my Fortigate 200D. In my haste and inexperience (and need to find one on Amazon) I instead ordered this SFP transceiver (FG-TRAN-SX/G-TRAN-SX-HPC). Spoiler alert: It doesn't work.
I've been trying to find a spec sheet on this (used) 200D that gives me some hint at compatibility but I'm not having any luck. I tried to find the difference between the "CA" and the "SX/HPC" but also no luck there.
So, I guess my question is, where can I find a list of transceivers compatible with the 200D? Are any of them available on Amazon?

So you where given a recommendation and ignore it and the one you bought does not work?
I would look at the spec sheet and go find a compatible cisco module. Most cisco modules work in a fortigate fwiw.

I thought I was pretty clear that's what happened :)
I've seen this, but I don't understand it. It doesn't list models. How do I know which is compatible with the 200D?I would look at the spec sheet and go find a compatible cisco module. Most cisco modules work in a fortigate fwiw.
