Hi,
I fully understand the logic, the view on the screen: "Policy &Object/ IPv4 Policy" is showing policies in order how they are applied , but for the maintenance reasons, like even for quick checking number of all policies, or to see when some policy was created first and which after that, there should be a such simple option like "Sorting by IDs number" in ascending/descending order !
It's need for example to see what policies were added one after another in some period of time.
Is that option hidden somewhere or just missing here at cogwheel , at "ID" search option ?

The option to sort IDs numbers in ascending/descending order, is missing here.
Hi @BobbyDrwal,
I don't think you can sort policies by ID on the GUI. However, you can run this command 'show firewall policy' in the CLI and the output will start from lowest policy ID to highest.
Regards,
You can also export the policies to a CSV file and sort it using Excel. https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-export-Firewall-policy-to-JSON-CSV-...
Regards,
So there is not that option on the dashboard yet.
Wondering if it's really so big technical challenge that the current Fortinet's web development team couldn't implement it.
