What this means ""HA Cluster Member 1 - Network Bandwidth Usage" ?

Hi, guys,   Just would like to know, this snmp "HA Cluster Member 1 - Network Bandwidth Usage" or "HA Cluster Member 2 - Network Bandwidth Usage" for which part of the Fortigate HA cluster; as the attached ?

1. It should not be device interface traffic utilization

2. It should not be device HA heartbeat interface traffic utilization

So what does it mean "HA Cluster Member 1 - Network Bandwidth Usage" or "HA Cluster Member 2 - Network Bandwidth Usage" ?

Thanks a lot

i stand by my point it shows the system HA network throughput (which is all traffic together i believe)

you are mixing data from 400E and 600E here, perhaps you mixed in another device?

if not please share the SNMP OID Zabbix is reading for this

Hi, Boneyard,

The information got from Zabbix about this item:

Name : HA Cluster Member 1 - Network Bandwidth Usage

Key: fgHaStatsNetUsage

SNMP OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.13.2.1.1.5.1

Meaning: the cluster unit’s current Network bandwidth usage.

You mean it is the switching capacity of the Fortigate device ?

not the capacity, but the total current throughput i would call it.

do you have the OID for these? not sure if zabbix makes up those names it self or not.

i assume it is the total throughput for the firewall, same information you also see in the System > HA screen.

Hi, boneyard,

Thanks for your information update.

These should be different values, as the attached.

does the values of the 600E system > ha make sense? 30kbps is quite low traffic wise.

have you refreshed it a couple of times?

Hi, Boneyard,

Thanks for your update...

I did refreshed the update many times.

just would like to know what this refers to :

1. It is not referred to Heartbeat interfaces traffic utilization

2. It is not referred to WAN interfaces traffic utilization

So what "HA Cluster Member - Network Bandwidth Usage" means ?
