Does anyone know how to set up a policy that Splashtop can go through?
I try to create a wildcard address and use Internet Service in Destination, but none of those works.
Product: Fortigate 100E

Does your policy allow all services and IP addresses? It should allow everything for IP and service and just specify ISDB entry.
If it's not working as mentioned check logs and lets see if the destination IP is missing from the ISDB
