What is the break fix procedure for FG-101F

Hi everyone, anyone can share if they know or theres a forum that i can look for for a break/fix procedure on above devices?

If you are replacing the faulty FortiGate with the same model, and if you do have the backup configuration, you can restore the configuration file into the new device:

The port1/mgmt port on the factory reset/new device will have an ip address 192.168.1.99, you may connect a PC/laptop with an IP in 192.168.1.0/24 subnet to this port and access the device GUI https://192.168.1.99 (User: admin Pass: "empty/no-password"

Hi Siang,

Please elaborate on what exactly are you looking to troubleshoot as there is no general document for  FG-101F and would depend on the technology that seems to be not working.
