What is the RAM memory specification for newer entry level fortigates (50G, 70G, 90G)

I cannot find the RAM memory specification in the data sheets for the Fortigate 70G I am considering.

I don't want to be surprised and find it has the 2GB limitation. I'm expecting at least 4 GB, but don't see the information.

Normally Fortinet doesn't release this information on their website. But if someone bought these devices and shared their spec with @Yurisk, Yurisk will share it on his blog. Now there is just information about 90G. You can follow this page for new information. Maybe someone who Fortinet employs in the community can answer your question.

The 50G data sheet doesn't provide memory specs BUT there is a foot note for video filtering (which requires proxy mode, and as such >2Gb):

3. Not available for FortiGate/FortiWiFi 40F, 60E, 60F, 80E, and 90E series from 7.4.4 onwards. Not available for FortiGate/FortiWiFi 30G and 50G series in any OS build

So those are 2Gb :-((
