Website not showing graphs

Hi everyone, A website is accessible but it does not show Graphs/

Its a physical FortiGate Firewall IOS FortiGate 40F, IOS 

v7.2.11 build1740 

so, it opens the website ,

but when it's time to open the reporting which have some graphs to display, it DOES NOT DISPLAY THE GRAPHS.
any ideas,

I went to the logs and all is pass...

all indicates ALLOWED

any Ideias on how to resolve the issue?

Can you send a print screen of the browser console?

Have you tried to reboot the Fortigate? A reboot always does good.

Hi @smendes2025 ,

In the firewall policy allowing the traffic to this website, does it have any UTM profile applied?

If yes, try to remove all of them to see whether you still have the issue.  

If no issue, add the UTM profiles one by one back, and try to see which profile will cause the issue.
