Webrating Override is not applied

We have a web rating override for deepseek.com, which is working as it should. Now I added two additional ones for a different category, and now the override is not working.

The url is overridden to security risk/ mal. website, and the category in the used web filter profile is blocked.

When opening this url again, even after some time, the url gets not blocked.

How acn this be fixed, so that the URL gets blocked as it should?

Hi again chraebsli,

Have you consulted this article?: https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Troubleshooting-Tip-Web-Rating-Override-not-working/ta-p...

Hi,
The article only describes how to allow a web category which is blocked, I try to do the opposite.

I try to block the website popflip.co.nz, because of spam and created a web filter override as malicious website. The web filter and DNS filter, used in the applied policy, both block the malicious website category. In the log, I don't find anything about the domain, just the IP it uses from Cloudflare.
The other override as Potentially Unwanted Program works fine with the same filters and policy. And no, changing category won't affect if it gets blocked or not.

Am I missing a configuration step, which doesn't apply that filter override? What could still allow that domain?

Thank you and best regards,
Nicholas
