Webpage login button not available when connected to network

Hello all,

I am having an issue with a couple of webpages. Both of them have login buttons that are not being made available to click when on my network. If I connect to a different network I can click the login button and get to the pages needed with no problem. Is there something FGT related that could be causing this or maybe some other issue?

The webpages have been added to the webfilters and are allowed by policy. There is no evidence of the traffic being blocked or disabled when looking through FAZ logs.

Thanks!

Hi JJB552,

what web page does this concern specifically? Is this behind a FortiGate from your end station perspective?

Is the FortiGate doing some sort of inspection on that particular policy?

Best regards,

Markus

Good morning,

The webpage is login.ariba.com. It is hitting policies in the FW, but it is showing to be passed through the FW and then the action is either close or rst after about 20 seconds.
