Webpage content doesn't display correctly
I have a big problem with my FG-500D (v5.2.4): hosts of the LAN don't load correctly some websites and the page content doesn't display correctly. I tried to disable webfiltering, IPS, AV and AppControl on the policy with no success and I verified that the problem is not depending on type of browser used.
The website shows only some images and it loads very slowly.
Anyone can help me to solve it? Thanks.

Hi,
Open perticular website in browser. Right click on anywhere on web page -> Click on View page source or press Ctrl+U.
Then you will get the source code of web. Then press Ctrl+F and search for .css
for ex:
http://images.apple.com/v/start-something-new/b/built/styles/ssn.built.css this is the css support site for apple. Just copy http://images.apple.com and add this to your web filter policy.

Nishad

Hi,
Try to add websites with * in wildcard & Exempt.
ex. google.com*
It look like your web filter block the .css support sites for root website.

So you disabled the web- and applicationfilter on the policy and still have the same issue?
If the problem still exist with just a simple NAT rule with no security profiles enabled, it looks to more like a WAN connection issue.
Maybe a wrong MTU setting? IPv4/IPv6 Dual-Stack issue? DNS problems? Duplex Issue? Could be various things.
Try using the F12 Developer mode in Internet Explorer. Under the network tab, you can see how long it took to download an object and if it was successful or not.

I did it and connection is OK when I bypass FG and go directly through ISP. I have already tested connection by FG disabling all policies and filters, but the problem has come back again!

Hmmm. It seems the problem from FG. Create new policy without any web filter allow all then test, if same the results pages not displayed correctly then! that mean definitely the problem from Your FG, You must open ticket with Support
Yours Sincerely
