Webmail url blocked (roundcube)

Hello

I'm trying to access my webmail http://domain.com:port but it's being blocked by forigate7.2 

I made an overrride in application control but didn't work and I even overrride in web filter and didn't work either.

giving this message:

Application Blocked
You have attempted to use an application that violates your Internet usage policy.

What could be blocking it?

You can try *.domain.* with wildcard and action exempt in webfilter.

Can you share the complete application control block message and the port you are using to access the webmail
