Webfilter URLS automatically removed.

We have added urls in last year however that urls not showing currently i.e missing. any idea how it automatically get removed?

If you do an OS upgrade, configuration validation happens automatically the unsupported/modified/changed configurations are removed. These can be seen under diagnose debug config-error-log read.
