Can anyone explain if there any way to configure web proxy in fortigate Firewall ( NAT/Router mode).

As currently, In Fortigate Firewall working in NAT/Router mode.

Hi Umesh,
You can configure Explicit web proxy feature in firewall.

Problem Description:- Web proxy || In NAT/Router mode ||

As per the forum, you were looking for Web proxy configuration in FGT. 

First you need to enable Explicit Proxy in "Feature Visibility" and post that you can configure under "Network" tab.
