Web launch fails when launching some Secrets "Start Program Error::extension"

 

Im getting this error when launching Secrets in FortiPAM from a Public IP (VIP)

Hello, we might need more details like:

 

- traffic flow

- VIP config details

- is this a new setup or it was working before?
