Hi
I have been using two 310B in HA and have web filtering in place. Recent issue we get web page blocked at times for all the users and when this problem has reported we see a change in the web filtering in fortiguard turn to grey. tried by changing both the ports 53 and 8888 but still issue crops up intermittently.
I have raised a ticket with my ISP also for any port blocking of DNS, but dont have any port blocking from their end.
Appreciate if anyone could on this.

Maybe not port blocking, but would the ISP care about the use of port 53 for non-DNS traffic? The packets wouldn't follow the ordinary form of a plain-text resolution query. Oftentimes, that's more the reason behind the block.

I have a 60D that had Comcast start blocking 53 about 4 months ago... switched to the alternate port and over the last few days they seem to be blocking the alternate port too. (not 100% but it seems to be getting more and more locked down).
So much for Comcast being required to implement net neutrality.
