Web GUI login site not open

I have problem with access to web GUI login site , using internal or external page is not opening there is connection but login window is not opening ( use http and https , external and internal access IP ) I try using other web browser and resault is this same , also on other computer . Fortigate unit is available via telnet , everything is working only cant open login page trustedhost was set for 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 details: FG60B v4.0 bulid 0178

Tell us: - did you upgrade firmware ? - everything was OK before ? You can clear config (execute factoryreset) or even format boot device so you are sure there are no old files/temp. I had similar adventure ;-) On FGT60B firmware 4.0 MR1 gui is VERY, VERY SLOWWWW. I wasn' t able to open System-->Maintanance-->Backup & Restore. First login (in LAB) everything was OK. After 10-15 min. in production enviroment time to log in gui was about 1-2 min. I downgraded to 4.0.3 and now it is OK.

firmware was upgrade around 1 mc ago until now it wasn' t any problem with operation , yesterday on remonte session (via https) after clicking :) Backup & Restore it was stop work :) I check via console status of unit and everything looks that it still working , I spend some time to find solution where is the problem but I didn' t find nothing ,reboot after backup config help now GUI login page is opening , but as You write GUI is quite slow , and its sometimes not opening backup & restore tab :) anyway I need to think about downgrade :) pozdrawiam / regards

To be honest - I FEEL that my " slow" problems appeared every time when I opened Backup & Restore - and after that was slow until restart - but I' m not sure if that is the point - I don' t remember if " slow effect" appeared after 15-20 min. without Backup & Restore ? Anyway - 4.0.3 works fine. It' s my production FG so I don' t want to be beta-tester for now ;-) regards / pozdrowionka

I forgot - check diag sys top when slow effect appear. I had many httpsd processes. Maybe after kill every httpsd and re-login GUI will work fine ?

I also had this bug in my FGT60B. But I stll think not everything is fine with the OS or my Box. Here are two issues: - My Status-LED is all the time on - the following Website can not be resolved (it worked Releases before) https://falkenstein.cmsweb.ch:8443/ maybe someone can test it with the same build. kr Oberon
