Web Filtering to Block youtube.com and facebook.com not working

I'm using FG 60d, and I already configure to block youtube.com and facebook.com, but it's not working.

Hi,

solution 1 :

Are you using Full ssl Inspection? If not then go to Policies & objects > SSL/SSH Inpection > select your profile > Enable full ssl inspection.  This ssl profile uses deep inspection. End users will likely see certificate warnings unless the certificate is installed in their browser.

solution 2 : 

You can block google's and facebook's IP address range.

here is google ip address range : 64.18.0.0/20 64.233.160.0/19 66.102.0.0/20 66.249.80.0/20 72.14.192.0/18 74.125.0.0/16 173.194.0.0/16 207.126.144.0/20 209.85.128.0/17 216.58.192.0/19 216.239.32.0/19 Facebook IP range : 173.252.64.0/18 103.4.96.0/22 31.13.64.0/18 31.13.24.0/21 204.15.20.0/22 69.63.176.0/20 69.171.224.0/19 66.220.144.0/20 74.119.76.0/22
