Web Filtering on Gmail

Hi guys. I have a 60E firewall. When I want to preview a PDF file on Gmail which is sent from Google Drive, I got an error message. When I set the all filters are off, there is no problem. I also added "drive.google.com" to the Static URL Filter on both Web Filter and DNS Filter as "Allow" and i can reach that site. So how can i fix this problem?

Hi heye,

There are two potential causes of this issue.

1. You are using URL filter in your webfilter profile. Which only filter the string "drive.google.com" in the URL.

2. The PDF file was blocked by some other UTM profiles like AV, DLP or IPS.

If possible please review the UTM log. Keep updated.
