Web Filtering Issue after migration

Hi All, I m currently doing upgrade and migrate from fortigate 300A to 310B.But After i done the migration.With the url filter enabled, the computer may eventually get to the page or timeout. If i disable the url filter in the firewall policy or in the web filter policy the internet works fine and but all url blocks removed. More over,the new firewall 310B have problem on the webfilter on the license.Its seem got problem communicate with fortinet server to retrieve the web filter service.It show unreachable for the first few hours.Then it get to be licensed .But it still not show green box as usual which is mean it is connected to the fortinet server. and after moment later.The user some how can access to internet with enable the web filter but it does not block these blocking website like porn and facebook. Its seem some issue with reaching web filter option. Moreover,there is super serious issue happens.After i had fall back to the old 300A firewall without changing any setting.The old boxes is having the SAME ISSUE. The web filtering option for the old firewall(300A) is still not connected.It show the below error msg on the web page after enable the web filter.. HTTP 500 internal server error on web filtering Please help!!!

THE WEB FILTERING IS NOT CONNECTED TO FORTINET SERVER AS THE PICTURE SHOWING BELOW!!

did you go to system - maintenance - fortiguard and check ports 53/8888 availability? That usually does the trick.

Did you activate Webfiltering on the same page?
