Web Filter/Static URL entries

Hi there,

In FG100 (v7.0.12) Web Filter section I have a default web filter profile which is Flow Based, in which need to allow goodleap.com and all subdomains. In addition to the domain, I added a couple of wildcard URL filters with Allow/Enable recommended entries by the goodleap IT team. Still not working when form creation starts. It times out (https://origin.goodleap.com/loan-form/timeout) with a message:

Page not found!

Sorry, but the page you were looking for could not be found.

Any ideas how to allow/enable the form creating?

Thank you!

Hello @digeorge   ,

Thank you for contacting the Fortinet Forum portal.

Along with the article suggested by my colleague earlier

-I would request to move the static url entry top of the url list and then change the url from allow to exempt and test.

https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-Using-a-static-URL-filter-feature-to-allow....

-Another thing to verify bypassing the firewall and checking if there are any re-directing url the site is expecting and making sure to allow them.

Best regards,

Manasa.

Hello digeorge,

goodleap.com is categorized as IT-Business and I checked default web filter in 7.0.12. IT -Business is allowed.
I can't access https://origin.goodleap.com/loan-form/timeout externally too. Could you please confirm the url is correct?
