We have issue with the users of FortiClient on iPhone

Hi,

Kindly we have issue with the users of forticlient on iPhone as when they connected to our network they can not reach the destinations they suppose to reach.

as when connecting from Android it works fine.

I think the issue with redirection on the iphone.

Could you please help us with the issue

Please share the FortiClient version? Did you try with another version of Forticlient? Is it all the IPhone users or specific users?

The FortiClient version is 7.0.8.0078

No, I have not tried with another version because i installed the latest one.

May I know if you have downloaded the Forticlient from your support portal? Please check by downloading another version of Forticlient from your support portal and try it for iphone users to see if that works.

Is it possible that those iphone users are using only IPv6 in their network?
-> Did they get a local IPv4 IP before connecting to the SSLVPN?
-> Perhaps from FGT side we can see some logs by filtering the SSLVPN IP that they are getting
