WPA2 wifi with Radius can't connect

Hi everyone :

my wifi with WPA2 Enterprise setting can't connect since last week

when I typing account & password，it will show up make me typing account again ( account is correct )

here is setting picture ( wifi typing、ssid setting、radius setting )

• Did you perform a user authentication test from RADIUS settings on FortiGate?
• On your client, can you try with "domain\username" instead of "username"?
