WCCP configure Fortiweb and Fortigate

I am using topology for configure WCCP:

But when I confiure same guide, I can not working.

so Anybody have idea or some others command to help me ?

Could you please elaborate which guide you are referring to? Could you also elaborate whether there is an issue with WCCP on FortiGate or FortiWeb side?
