WAN failover on 60F

Customer has a pfSense that is configured for WAN auto-failover between 2 ISPs (Comcast and something else). I want to replace that pfSense with a FortiGate 60F. Is this feature included or do I need to purchase an additional license to make this work?

No additional licenses, whichever the method you decide to use for failover/load-balance.
option1. SD-WAN (load-balance and/or failover whatever you want)
opiton2. Simple failover with link-monitor.
(I'm assuming no BGP with ISPs, which would be option3)
