Vpn logs with sentbyte and rcvdbyte equals to 0

Hello,

I established an vpn connection but after that i saw in my logs that sentbyte and rcvdbyte = 0 when tunnelid= 0, why do i have two tunnelid number one with tunnelid=0 and the other with tunnelid=1699693212 ?

and why sentbyte=0 rcvdbyte=0 if tunnelid=0 ?
