Hello,
I'm fairly new to Fortinet and FortiGate configuration. So I would like help with VoIP problems that I'm having.
According to some post on this forum and elsewhere to set up functioning VoIP one need to enter the following commands on CLI:
1. Config system session-helper show //locate the SIP entry, usually 12, but can vary. delete 12 //or the number that you identified from the previous command.
2. Disable RTP processing as follows: config voip profile edit default config sip set rtp disable 3. config system settings
set sip-helper disable set sip-nat-trace disable
set default-voip kernel-helper-based end
When I restart the firewall, port 443 is discounted. I can't use port internally for outlook ActiveSync to connect to Exchange 2013 and from outside for https, OWA website.
I don't know why it happens like that.
Any thoughts?
