Hello,
2 wees ago we replaced a FG100D cluster for FG100F. We copied all VoiP rules for the external Voip provider.
Now we get some feedback from the local users that "sometimes" it takes lie 1-2 seconds before they can take the call and they did not have this issues lie 2 wees before.
the policies are the same, we deleted the session session helper so I think we should have the same situation.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi Roland
It is not just a matter of policy. Check if the old config of 100D has the same session helper, voip alg mode and voip profile as the new config of 100F.
show system session-helper
show system settings
show voip profile
