Viber appliaction not working through in Forti SDWAN/ how we can bypass the traffic for viber

Dear Team,

we are facing issue to access viber application from client and we have configured sdwan and applied polcy for this . 

but it not working .

please suggest how we can bypass the traffic .

please verify from fortiview session , is this traffic is flow from that application or not ?

Hello Umesh,

You can check the application profile logs to see if that application is getting block by the firewall or not.

If the logs are present in security profile logs , try to find which signature it is blocking and try to allow that signature in the application control .
